Fabricated impressions are used to create a 3-D model of the teeth and then using a series of custom-made, clear and removable aligners that gradually move teeth a little bit at a time, ClearCorrect corrects your teeth to give you that smile you’ve been wanting.
How Long Do I Have to Wear ClearCorrect Clear Aligners?
Treatment with ClearCorrect has four phases of aligner therapy, with each phase requiring a new set of aligners that are worn for three week periods. These aligners are worn all the time except for when you eat, drink or while brushing and flossing. Because ClearCorrect aligners are designed with aesthetics in mind, they are barely noticeable and won’t have an impact on your daily routine.
After each phase, you’ll begin to notice results as your teeth start slowly adjusting and aligning to your desired correction. You will have periodic check-ups with your dentist to evaluate your progress and to be given the next set of aligners. These phases will continue until you have achieved your alignment goals and the treatment can vary from 1 to 2 years, depending upon your specific condition and degree of misalignment.
