Today I visited Avalon Dental Spa in Monticello, Indiana. I was greeted in a very warm and welcoming manner. My initial visit included an introduction to the staff and meeting Dr. Robertson. Both Dr. Robertson and his assistant, Sydney, took a personal interest in evaluating and proposing future services and procedures to promote the longevity of healthy gums and teeth.I was pleased with my first visit, and I feel secure going forward with my dental care at Avalon Dental Spa.
Today was my first experience with Avalon Dental. I found the entire staff to be very professional & caring. I'm not fond of ANY dentist, but I am looking forward to being a patient in their care.
I love the care I always receive at Avalon Dental Spa. Dr. Rick is knowledgeable, kind and professional. The hygienist, Vicki, is gentle and thorough. I always walk away with a sparkling smile!
The Avalon Dental Spa takes such good care of me and my family. They provide amazing care of our teeth and dental concerns with professionalism and kindness! Not only do they make sure we are healthy and handle all our insurance items, they care about who we are as individuals and they take the time to get to know us, work around our crazy schedules, and provide us with a true spa experience during our cleanings! Recently, I had a cleaning appointment and had to bring along my 2 grandkids and they set them up with a little picnic of donuts & apple slices on the floor beside me along with toys to keep them busy! It was over and beyond care for us! I 100% recommend the Avalon family for your family!
Avalon dental spa is amazing! Anytime I go there they make me feel like family, and they understand that patients can be nervous or anxious, like myself. Each staff member makes a great effort to make me feel comfortable and safe in their hands. I LOVE THEM! and have no desire to go anywhere else for my dental needs!
